Every order ships from our fulfillment partner in Louisville. We dispatch within 1 to 3 business days of confirmation. A tracking link arrives by email the moment your order leaves the studio.
Standard shipping in the United States is a flat $8. Spend $100 or more and shipping is on us, applied automatically at checkout.

Lost Packages
If your order hasn't moved in 7 business days after dispatch, email hello@502reasons.com and we'll resolve it.
Address Changes
Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, addresses cannot be modified.
