Quiet and considered. Thirty days to decide if a piece belongs in your rotation.
Every piece should feel right. If it doesn't, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method, or exchange for a different size or color at no extra cost.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. We can't accept returns on washed pieces, headwear without tags, or final sale items.
Four steps
Email returns@502reasons.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
Place unworn pieces back in original packaging with all tags attached.
Use the prepaid label we send you (US orders). Drop off at any carrier location.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of arrival at our facility.
Exchanges
Swap for a different size or color at no extra cost (US). International exchanges are processed as return + reorder.
Refund Method
All refunds return to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.
Final Sale
Items marked Final Sale, gift cards, and washed pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
