How long does shipping take?

Every order leaves the studio within 1 to 3 business days. U.S. standard arrives in 3 to 5 business days, express in 1 to 2. International runs 6 to 20 days depending on the route. Full breakdown lives on the Shipping page.

What can I return, and when?

Accepted Answer

Unworn, unwashed pieces with tags attached are returnable for 30 days from delivery. Final sale items, gift cards, and washed garments are not eligible. Start a return from the Returns page or reply to your order email.

How do I check on my order?

Accepted Answer

Use the Order Status page with your order number and the email you checked out with. You'll see where your package is in its journey. We also send a tracking link the moment it leaves the studio.

Question 4

I entered the wrong address. Can you fix it?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes. Email hello@502reasons.com with your order number and the corrected address as soon as you notice. Once it's in transit, we'll do our best but can't promise.
